A FAMILY APARTMENT IN A BERLIN NEW-BUILD
118 m² – Berlin, Germany – 2026
This four-room apartment in a new-build development in Berlin came with a standard developer finish. The main challenge was to bring a wide range of the clients’ functional requirements together into one ergonomic system: two bedrooms, each with a home office, a children’s room for two active young children, and plenty of storage.
Extensive renovation work was carried out only in the bathrooms. The rest of the project was therefore about creating a concept that could bring together the standard Berlin finish, slightly different style preferences of both partners, and a mix of existing and new furniture.
The result is a warm, layered eclectic interior, united by a rich variety of wood tones and a sense of lived-in comfort.
